Our organisation is seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner
This challenging and rewarding role requires a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes for clients with behaviours of concern.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and person-centred planning to identify client needs
- Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans to achieve meaningful goals and eliminate restrictive practices
- Build relationships with clients, families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of support plans
Requirements:
- Current suitability with the National Disability Insurance Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to work positively in a multidisciplinary team
- Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Confident computer skills
- Flawless writing skills
- Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
