Behaviour Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Shepparton.

  • Collaborate with clients and their support networks to develop and implement personalised behaviour support plans.
  • Utilise a strengths-based approach to identify and build on the knowledge, skills, and capacities of those supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and confidence of support staff.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based support plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to utilise digital tools effectively.
  • Fluent writing skills and ability to produce high-quality written reports and documentation.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
