Therapeutic Behaviour Specialist

Focus is on delivering high-quality therapeutic and behavioural support to individuals through the provision of Behaviour Support Plans.
You'll have autonomy, flexibility, and access to experienced leadership and structured systems.

- Admin and clinical support systems in place

- Professional group supervision (provided by the organisation)
- Professional 1:1 supervision (at cost)
- Conducting thorough behaviour assessments and developing comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
- Training and supporting families, carers, and teams
- Collaborating with schools, allied health professionals, and other support networks
- Promoting human rights and quality of life through person-centred strategies
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Allied Health, or relevant field
- Minimum 12 months experience in the sector
- Current NDIS registration as a BSP (or willingness to gain)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to produce professional reports and case notes
