RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our Alice Springs team on a full-time permanent basis, working on a major Defence project. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience with scope, autonomy, and collaboration.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate project activities, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Manage stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other documentation;
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or project management;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with project management tools and software;
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
