Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Legal Advisor to provide high-level legal advice and support to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environment, Planning and Heritage Law: covering Commonwealth and State environmental assessment processes, biodiversity impacts and offsets, land access, pollution, contamination, waste and water law, cultural heritage, climate change, and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations.
  • Construction Law: advising on construction contracts, risk management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Real Property Law: supporting land acquisition and disposal processes.

As a Strategic Legal Advisor, you will be embedded in our Development and Construction team, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver expert legal services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
