Job Title:
Senior Legal Advisor for Strategic ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team and provide high-level legal advice on strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide authoritative guidance on complex legal matters supporting the delivery of major commercial initiatives and contracts.
- Lead high-profile projects, including commercial transactions, construction, infrastructure, service delivery, technology development, procurement, and precinct development.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to navigate legal risks, shape strategic outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered with clarity, compliance, and commercial acumen.
Requirements:
- Admitted or eligible to practice law in the state of Victoria.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex transactions, including advising on solutions for complex issues relating to projects, commercial contracts, large-scale procurements, and services arrangements.
- Demonstrated in-house legal experience.
- Demonstrated experience working for or advising government, including awareness of government-specific considerations relevant to legal advice.
