Exciting Opportunity for Strategic Legal Advisor Job Description:In a dynamic and ever-changing environment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to join our Corporate Legal Team as a strategic advisor. This exciting opportunity will involve providing high-level legal advice to a variety of stakeholders across the organization, with a focus on corporate matters.The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, legal and conceptual skills, with experience in providing technically excellent and strategically focused legal advice on commercial contracting and other corporate issues. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead and assist with the preparation of briefs and correspondence on significant legal and legal policy issues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level legal advice to a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
