About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and creating new opportunities for Builder. You'll identify and qualify high-potential leads, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop a pipeline of future customers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities to support our sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target industries and organizations
  • Gain a deep understanding of target industries and organizations, including their challenges and goals
  • Prospect into target organizations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Achieve monthly goals for qualified opportunities for our sales team
  • Maintain our CRM system meticulously, ensuring all information is conveyed to our sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of Builder's unique selling points and communicate them effectively
  • Create high-quality templates for emails and phone calls, continuously testing and iterating to improve them
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an SDR/Inside sales capacity is essential; we don't have the capacity or patience to train for this role
  • Experience working in a high-paced team, with a balance of self-drive and collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a background in sales or a start-up environment
  • Strong capacity and willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience in cloud computing, start-ups, or AI is preferred but not mandatory
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of sales experience
