About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source new outbound leads and generate interest in Perkbox through various channels.
  • Book and take qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs and qualify or disqualify them as an opportunity.
  • Clearly communicate the Perkbox value proposition and navigate objections to close deals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Schedule demos of the Perkbox platform with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to share best practices and support a culture of continuous learning.

Our Process

Our interview process typically consists of a 30-minute initial call with the Talent Team, a 45-minute interview with the Global Head of Sales Development, an at-home task, and a presentation of the task to a panel including Sales leadership.
