About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our founding Sales Development team. As an early member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in defining our sales and customer success motion, shaping our future product, and driving business revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion
  • Qualify prospects to determine their suitability for Notion
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about Notion's benefits
  • Experiment with outbound activity to decision makers to generate Enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive performance initiatives and product launches

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high growth environment
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Engaging customer skills, with high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer
