We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to contribute to the growth trajectory of our national Real Estate practice group.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities at a practice, client, and market level.
  • They will work closely with client teams to build relationships and share insights within and across client teams and the broader real estate practice.
  • This position will also take responsibility for executing business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
  • Three years plus marketing experience, with professional services experience being an advantage.
  • Strong proprietary attitude, customer focus, and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindset.
  • Project management skills.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
