Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our proactive team at Talent Focus, a dynamic and growing real estate group. Located in The Hills District, NSW, this role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and enhance our market position by expanding our portfolio of commercial and residential real estate projects.
  • Expand the company's footprint in target geographic areas by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Achieve a specified percentage increase in annual sales and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure a high conversion rate of leads to sales through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance business opportunities and market presence.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Currently hold a valid Real Estate Agent's licence.
  • Available to work weekends.
  • Will pass a National Police Check.
  • Experience held with Sales & Property systems including Pricefinder and Agentbox (desired).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in residential sales, property management, commercial sales, and strata management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Extensive network within the real estate industry and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
