Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at McGrath Estate Agents - Mudgee.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson to grow our rental client base by identifying new landlords and converting in-house leads.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively seeking new business prospects, harnessing existing databases to cultivate fresh opportunities, and fostering enduring relationships with clients.
  • They will also tap into their network and resources to identify potential landlords and convert them into valuable business, as well as establish and strengthen partnerships with referral partners.
  • In addition, they will streamline client transitions to the property management team and effectively manage referral leads generated by our top-performing sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a sales environment, preferably with a current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business prospects to grow our already large Property Management portfolio
  • Harness the power of our existing property management and real estate database to cultivate fresh opportunities and in-house leads
  • Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring sustained success
  • Tap into your network and resources to identify potential landlords and convert them into valuable business
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with referral partners
  • Streamline client transitions to the property management team
  • Effectively manage referral leads generated by our top-performing sales team
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align business development strategies with company-wide objectives

  • Proven track record within a Sales environment, preferably with a current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration
