Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients on their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and ideas, working collaboratively with the broader sales team.
  • Drive and manage the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities and building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Facilitate the sales administration process in Salesforce, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Design account strategies and work with sales leadership and marketing to achieve short- and long-term sales goals for targeted clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or business development in the software industry.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, as well as the ability to network within the industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships, resulting in increased revenue over a sustained period.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
