About the Role

The Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored support and services that meet customer needs.
  • Analyzing data to inform account management decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
  • Tech-savvy with a desire to learn and communicate complex topics effectively.
