  • This role is primarily responsible for the onboarding of new Enterprise and MidMarket customers onto Sinch Engage, including basic and complex integrations.
  • The Senior Onboarding Specialist will drive our customer's digital journey whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout their life cycle.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Onboarding Project Management: Plan and oversee onboarding processes for accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster clear communication with customers and facilitate smooth handoff from sellers to customer success.
  • Customer Education: Provide comprehensive educational training to the customer on how to use the product.
  • Customer Retention: Contribute to customer retention by ensuring a positive experience throughout the life cycle.
