About the Role

As a Customer Journey Specialist working on ANZ Plus Home Loans, you'll be responsible for designing and building customer journeys that deliver personalised experiences to acquire, engage, and retain ANZ Plus Home Loan customers, which contributes to the achievement of agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing integrated 1-1 below-the-line personalised experiences.
  • Analysing and segmenting data to establish key target audiences for campaigns, including inclusion and exclusion criteria.
  • Defining the customer journey and building out best-in-class messaging relevant to the channel.
  • Developing an ongoing test and learn framework across channels to optimise incremental sales, product usage, and retention.
  • Measuring, optimising, and stopping campaigns based on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with creative agencies and partners to develop and productionise campaign messaging.
  • Working with product owners and capability teams to develop and operationalise new personalisation capabilities.
