The Role

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll work with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

Your day-to-day tasks would involve:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
  • Conducting engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both on-site and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
  • Proactively seeking new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
  • Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 5 days, including weekends.

Salary

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
