Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate Representative to join our team in Nowra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a safe and positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and exterior areas, to ensure a safe and appealing shopping experience for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display standards by maintaining attractive displays, rotating products, and ensuring signage is clear and easy to read.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
