We're seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team and help customers find their dream homes. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 5 days, including weekends.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience
Location:Brisbane or Sydney
