Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth across the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Business Development: Identify, attract, and win new business opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinicians, and decision-makers.
- Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Product Expertise: Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in selling to the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to build a compelling business case and drive sales growth.
