As a Business Transformation Sales Pioneer, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You'll be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and research customers to understand their business needs.
  • Achieving Revenue Targets: Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas by demonstrating products and negotiating customized packages with customers.
  • Building Relationships: Follow up with customers to understand their needs and discuss solutions.
  • Collaborating with Sales Executives: Work with other sales team members to maintain customer relationships and improve sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience of 3 to 5 years.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive quarterly OKR bonus plan or commission scheme, stock options in a $450 million funded Series D scale-up company, generous paid leave, and trips abroad.
