We are looking for a seasoned Agile Transformation Lead to join our team in Infosys Singapore & Australia.

A pioneer in breaking down barriers between strategy and execution, our company delivers superior business value to clients by advising them on strategy and process optimisation as well as IT-enabled transformation.

The Scrum Master is a servant leader of the Agile team and a Scrum team coach for the team members and Product Owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Elaboration and documentation of design solutions.
  • Capturing design implementation notes against user stories/requirements for build purposes.
  • Engaging with architecture/solution teams on design reviews, key design decisions.
  • Well-versed with agile delivery methodology.
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Telecom domain – BSS-OSS know-how, Telco Consumer Products and Ordering flows.

To excel in this role, you should have Salesforce skills, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (erstwhile Vlocity).

Estimated Salary Range

Our estimated salary range for this role is SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
