Overview

Axway is an enterprise software company that enables digital transformation for organizations of all sizes. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can leverage their technical background and understanding of business propositions to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in enterprise software direct and partner sales, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct new business sales and account management responsibility for assigned territories
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to establish direct sales strategies and market development plans for assigned territories
  • Develop campaigns and programs to build pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Build strategic partnerships with local system integrators (SIs) to expand Axway's presence in specific verticals
  • Promote company ethics and values internally and externally

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of technology-related experience selling software solutions at a multinational software company
  • Experience in enterprise software direct and partner sales, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and digital transformation
  • Strong relationship and contacts with large accounts and/or business partners in assigned territories
  • Technical background and technical understanding of business propositions sold into vertical markets
  • Graduate degree (Bachelors/Master/Diploma) with a specialization in IT

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Axway offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses, stock options, and benefits.
