We're seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation program. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure the success of a major human capital management (HCM) initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders, CXOs, and boards to develop business cases and define transformation roadmaps.
  • Conduct current vs future state analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering to align technology delivery with business objectives.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the conduit between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, simplified processes, and well-designed solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HCM/HR technology programs (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and enterprise transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels, including executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in shaping business cases, performing gap analysis, and driving process improvement.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology to deliver scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
