About the role
- Location: Melbourne CBD & Inner Suburbs- Work Type: Full Time- This exciting leadership opportunity offers a unique chance to shape and lead the People function of our organisation, working closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through strategic human capital management.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with a passion for HR partnering, systems thinking, and digital innovation. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results through partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, and a calm and pragmatic approach to managing change and performance discussions.

You will bring an international lens to your work, with experience in employment and industrial relations advice, and confidence in managing global workforce options as part of a shifting footprint.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a generalist within the People function, with a strong focus on HR partnering and systems thinking- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and to budget- Experience with digital innovation and system implementation- A calm and pragmatic approach to managing change and performance discussions- An international lens, with experience in employment and industrial relations advice- Confidence in managing global workforce options as part of a shifting footprint
