Key Responsibilities

About You

Proven experience in human capital management (HCM) technology programs, including Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and enterprise transformation, with a focus on driving business value.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, including executive leadership.
