About the Role:

This key position drives customer retention, revenue expansion, and product adoption through proactive engagement and strategic planning. As a leader in our team, you will guide new customers through seamless onboarding and foster a culture of excellence within your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Develop and coach your team to achieve exceptional results and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Onboarding & Activation: Streamline the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and impactful activation.
  • Product Adoption & Engagement: Analyze customer health scores, usage data, and trends to drive regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic consultations.
  • Retention, Growth & Upsells: Identify opportunities for growth and upsell, demonstrating additional value to customers.
  • Churn Prevention & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement targeted action plans to prevent churn.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Problem-solve issues proactively with Product and Support teams.
Requirements:
  • SaaS Customer Success Experience: Minimum 4 years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
  • Startup Environment Expertise: Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments, with a self-starter mentality and solution-focused approach.
  • Ownership-Leadership Mindset: Take full responsibility for managing your book of business like an entrepreneur.
  • Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience in the music or events industry is a plus but not required.
