Customer Success Strategist

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships that drive measurable results.

Our team is looking for an experienced Customer Success Strategist to manage, mentor, and develop a team of customer success managers and support representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing accounts and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for long-term success from day one. They will also maintain and grow a personal portfolio of key customers, running regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to deepen engagement and identify strategic opportunities.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in identifying upsell opportunities through value-led conversations, helping customers scale their use of our platform to meet evolving needs. The candidate should also have a proven ability to proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement tailored plans to retain and re-engage them.

Above all, we need someone who can partner closely with product and support teams to surface customer feedback, resolve issues, and influence product development based on user insights.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3+ years in a SaaS Customer Success role, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
