Job Title: Market Growth Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of a cross-product strategy that ensures Citi's products are positioned as market leaders, driving revenue growth and wallet share expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust franchise network across the region, ensuring it performs competitively against local and international banks.
  • Drive market and wallet share growth for the business by fully exploring episodic trade opportunities across clients.
  • Accountable for client value and franchise value for all Australian financial institutional clients.
  • Oversee the efficient execution of key initiatives and review processes to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with HR to provide direction and oversight to human capital-related processes and programs.
  • Design and implement governance and control infrastructure in partnership with control functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a related role with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and influence diverse populations across geographies, products, and matrixed reporting lines.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to allocate limited resources effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to influence and create alignment at senior levels across multiple products, clients, geographies, and competing priorities.
  • Capability to travel extensively across the region.
