- Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with sales support teams to implement sales and account planning strategies that accelerate growth and deliver optimal solutions.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Understand customer business drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Growth and Development: Maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring objectives are met and developing future opportunities for growth and expansion.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic B2B sales, preferably in software and solutions in complex environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Strong Business Acumen: Excellent business skills, including relationship-building, negotiation, and communication.
