Job Description:

The Account Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving business growth through a portfolio of key named accounts across a global customer base. This includes analyzing customer engagement levels to assess risk and executing action plans to progress account health.

You will manage customer escalations to resolution, leveraging cross-functional teams within the organization. A strong passion for learning about cybersecurity and AI is essential, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 8-12 existing customers to maximize their utility from deployments and grow their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Conduct business reviews with client executive leadership and health checks on deployments to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes.
  • Present, discuss, and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts as required.
  • Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning products to customers' evolving use cases and needs.
  • Ensure customers are set up for success and facilitate renewal at the end of the subscription term.
