Improvement Program Facilitator

The role of the Improvement Program Facilitator is pivotal in shaping and supporting NSW Health initiatives that enhance patient experiences, staff engagement, and consumer satisfaction across our health service.

This position involves leading and collaborating with staff and consumer representatives to co-design improvement initiatives. You will also facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather and act on consumer feedback.

  • Lead and support the development and implementation of improvement projects across the district.
  • Collaborate with NSW Health stakeholders, consumers, and staff to design and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to collect and utilize consumer feedback.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting on patient experience initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and partnership with consumers.

You will receive comprehensive support through an orientation plan and dedicated onboarding process.

This role requires recent clinical experience within a healthcare setting, demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can contribute positively to team dynamics and shared objectives.
