About the Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for a skilled administrator to provide vital support to our Legal team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work closely with senior management to coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain diaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to meet operational requirements and enhance business efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance of diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements to support operational efficiency.
  • Administer procurement activities, including purchase order requests and invoice reconciliation.
  • Distribute correspondence, circulars, and files in compliance with records management procedures.
  • Gather and collate data to support key management reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clerical and administrative support services.
  • Proficient in using software packages for preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Procurement experience is preferred but not essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-$80 + Super, depending on experience. This role is based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid WFH arrangement (two days in office). Candidates must possess existing full working rights as a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
