The Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Head Office team. This role requires high-level attention to detail, liaising with staff and senior management, and managing reception duties for a leading ASX-listed company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls for a large recruitment company
  • Welcome guests and announce visitors professionally
  • Perform general administration duties as required, including photocopying, binding, filing, and data entry
  • Monitor calendars for birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, and candidate interviews
  • Maintain the kitchen area and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness
  • Assist in meetings and events as needed
  • Organize and distribute business equipment for office stakeholders
  • Ensure all administration information remains current and accessible to stakeholders
  • Manage meeting room availability and presentability
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in a dynamic environment. You will have experience in a similar role in a high-paced environment, be well-presented, positive, and energetic. Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, are essential.

You should also have experience in Adobe Professional, high-level attention to detail, and great communication and self-motivation skills.
