Workplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.
About the RoleAs the Workplace Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving Facilities Management and Business Support Services. You will ensure safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times while managing continuous improvement of Facilities Management and Business Support Services.
- Manage and improve Facilities Management and Business Support Services
- Ensure safe and compliant facilities
- Support office moves and new employee setups
- Oversee workplace security and contractor management
- Handle billing and administrative tasks
- Maintain premises and coordinate repairs
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administration experience, embody JLL's core behaviors and possess strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and new IT systems. They must work independently, manage complex tasks, adapt to change, interact confidently with all organizational levels, and efficiently handle conflicts and priorities while maintaining honesty and trustworthiness.
