Job Overview

$95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity as a Workplace Mediator Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations queries.
  • Provide guidance and advice on workplace issues to the HR team and line managers.
  • Assist in developing strategies and policies to enhance workplace relationships.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into workplace incidents.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate employment-related risks.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on workplace relations for line managers.
The Ideal Candidate

A successful Workplace Mediator Specialist will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Transport and Distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex workplace issues.
