Territory Sales Executive Opportunity

Charterhouse Recruitment is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join our client's Sydney-based team. This is a permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary, up to $15,000 in commission, and a fully expensed company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
  • Train and mentor new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Provide support and problem-solving to customers as required
Requirements:
  • Field Sales/Territory Management experience essential
  • Training development and delivery experience essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
