Your Role as a Territory Sales Manager
As a Territory Sales Manager at HMPS Propac in NSW, your mission is to align with our pillars and drive growth in automation solutions. Here's how you'll contribute:
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion (Growth & Innovation)
**Identify Opportunities**: Analyse the New South Wales and New Zealand market to increase machine revenue from existing products and expand into untapped markets.
**Plan & Execute**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets, focusing on expanding our customer base and market presence.
Customer Relationship Management (Customers)
**Build Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring HMPS Propac's solutions align with their needs and enhance their experience.
**Feedback Integration**: Listen to customer feedback to continually improve our services and strengthen brand reputation.
Team Collaboration & Personal Development (People)
**Collaborate**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and responsive to market demands.

Desired Skills and Experience
**Background**: Demonstrated experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in machinery, automation, or a similar technical field is highly desirable but not necessary.
**Skills**: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is expected.
**Qualifications**: A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory, and occasionally interstate or overseas, as required.
