About This Role

Are you passionate about creating engaging experiences for seniors? We're looking for a skilled Activities Coordinator to join our team

  • Create and manage activity calendars, notices, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee event setup and takedown, arranging transportation for residents as needed.
  • Plan and implement activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, taking feedback from residents and team members into consideration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and activity plans to inform future initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local resources, volunteers, and organizations to enhance the community's well-being.
  • Promote health and safety practices among team members to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Completion of high school education and relevant recreational courses for seniors.
  • Previous experience in coordinating activities for seniors or related combinations of education, training, and experience.
  • A valid Class 4 driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
