Job Description:

This is a fixed-term role with a 0.6 full-time equivalent, set to conclude on September 30, 2026.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, the selected consultant will support the co-design, testing, and implementation of the HSW Learning Pathway.

The consultant will collaborate with team members to enhance the TAC's capability and performance by designing and delivering contemporary learning programs and interventions.

Supporting the Senior Consultant, this individual will facilitate strategically aligned learning and capability investments to drive individual, team, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences
  • Apply human-centred design principles and project management methodologies
  • Engage and facilitate diverse audiences, making complex topics accessible
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles
  • Previous project management experience, including ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
