Job Title: Senior Business Development Engineer

About the Role:

Fusion Modulair is a leading HVAC company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. To support our growth in Victoria, we seek a seasoned Business Development/Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams to design and develop customized HVAC systems.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Capture new business opportunities to expand market presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and project documentation, maintaining accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems, staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • A dynamic engineer with a strong mindset, passion for innovation, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proven ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • A self-starter who thrives working autonomously but also excels in collaborative team environments.
