- Collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.
- A strong understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models and frameworks.
- The ability to engage and facilitate diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible.
- Previous project management experience including the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team with the capability to plan and work to deadlines.
- Agile methodology skills are highly desirable.
