Our organization is seeking an experienced corporate development specialist to drive strategic partnerships and inorganic growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying commercial opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective business strategies.
Primary Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze domestic and international markets, competitors, and product segments
- Assist in proactively identifying potential partners, acquisition targets, and investment opportunities
- Investigate and assess inbound inquiries related to mergers and acquisitions and investment activity
- Evaluate the viability and financial implications of potential partnership opportunities
- Execute corporate transactions and partnerships, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, documentation, and integration
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in developing financial models and valuations, including discounted cash flow valuations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in corporate finance or a related field
