As a Sales and Business Development Representative at CHEFIN, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Utilize CRM system, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the event, hotel, or related industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of motivation and personal ambition to succeed
