About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your social selling skills, educate prospective customers on the benefits of Sales Navigator, and serve as a trusted adviser. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and continually seek opportunities for growth, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue by building meaningful relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic new business plans for your territory, creating reliable forecasts and consistently overachieving business objectives.
- Leverage your expertise to evolve our product and the sales process, inspiring customers to adopt a new method of connecting value to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices that will shape the future of this growing team.
- Stay attuned to market needs and share insights with the Product and Marketing teams to drive innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, with a proven track record of success in new business sales for SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform solutions.
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience using LinkedIn as a sales professional, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- A demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business sales, with a proven history of overachieving quota and results in a large, high-growth company.
- An ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers, and predictably forecast and execute on business goals.
- A knack for using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process, effectively building trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.
- The ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell, while leveraging partners within LinkedIn to effectively evangelize the solution.
