Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is a global leader in online marketing, with a network of over 100,000 publishers. We are seeking a talented business leader to engage content creators and grow the Amazon Influencer program.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer and social platform strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Own quarterly unit and revenue growth objectives for new and existing influencers and content creators.
  • Pitch, onboard, and scale new content creators across social media platforms.
  • Independently develop strategic recommendations across social media platforms that align with Amazon strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive for simplified, scalable solutions for creators, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
  2. Drive special deal terms and negotiations with new and existing influencers.
  3. Develop strategies to drive awareness and sales around deals and seasonal events.
  4. Partner with Retail leaders to support strategic Amazon businesses.
  5. Work closely with the marketing, program, and product management teams to act as liaison to content creators.
  6. Own data analysis and partner with business intelligence to develop reporting methodologies.
  7. Drive adoption of products for content creators, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, display units, etc.), reporting tools, product feeds, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
