About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our APAC Performance Marketing & Creator Growth team. This 12-month fixed-term contract will focus on building relationships with social media influencers, publishers, and content creators to grow Amazon's Influencer Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Owning quarterly unit and revenue growth objectives for new and existing influencers and content creators.
  • Pitching, onboarding, and scaling new content creators across digital and social media platforms.
  • Independently developing strategic recommendations that align with Amazon strategies across APAC.
  • Finding simplified, scalable solutions for influencers, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
  • Driving special deal terms and negotiations with new and existing publishers/influencers.
  • Developing strategies to drive awareness and sales around deals and seasonal events.
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations is preferred.
  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator with strong analytical skills.
  • You possess experience navigating technical and product requirements and adoption, and can influence technical leaders.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 depending on experience, location, and performance.
