Digital Marketing Strategist – APAC Influencer Program

At Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our APAC Performance Marketing & Partnerships team.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to develop and execute end-to-end influencer and social platform strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an analytical approach to business development, and experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and refining end-to-end influencer and social platform strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders;
  • Owning quarterly unit and revenue growth objectives for new and existing influencers and content creators;
  • Pitching, onboarding, and scaling new content creators across social media;
  • Independently developing strategic recommendations across social media platforms that align with Amazon's strategies;
  • Driving for simplified, scalable solutions for creators, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth;
  • Driving special deal terms and negotiations with new and existing influencers;
  • Developing strategies to drive awareness and sales around deals and seasonal events;
  • Partnering with Retail leaders to support strategic Amazon businesses;
  • Working closely with the marketing, program, and product management teams to act as liaison to content creators;
  • Owning data analysis and partnering with business intelligence to develop reporting methodologies;
  • Driving adoption of products for content creators, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, display units, etc), reporting tools, product feeds, etc.;
  • Effectively evangelizing the Amazon Influencer Program as an opportunity for content creators.
About You

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience, 5+ years of professional or military experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, and experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
