Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-level influencer activities across various segments,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful influencer strategies,
  • Source new talent that aligns with the brand's goals and values,
  • Manage influencer contracts, both paid and gifted,
  • Build strong relationships with key influencers across social media platforms,
  • Liaise with the PR and Influencer team to deliver influencer-focused campaigns,
  • Monitor and analyze engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and PR,
  • Strong knowledge of current influencer marketing rates and trends,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
  • Results-oriented and brand-focused mindset,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
